A true story from one of our clients

“This is a testimonial to your employee Chrystal Esgate for her outstanding service and work that we received from her and her supporting staff, Raelene Dawkins. It is with great pleasure that we write this and hope that this letter reflects just how outstanding Chrystal is as her work as a conveyancer and as a person.

Chrystal handled both the sale of our unit and purchase of our new property during January and February of this year [2015].

We felt that we were kept informed every step of the way with our sale and answered any questions, big or small, immediately. We especially appreciated the quick texts and emails to keep us informed of the matter. On approaching the settlement date of our sale, we discovered that our living arrangements had fallen through and we had nowhere to stay. A quick phone call to Chrystal eased our minds and she easily placed the settlement back a few days as requested by us without any stress or hassle.

During the purchase, we were only required to attend the office once to sign the Contract, however, we were given the option to have the Contract sent if more convenient.  Chrystal spent more than an hour with us going over the Contract in detail and answering all of our queries and concerns.

Since our sale had settled and purchase was due to settle later, we were required to stay with family for five weeks and Chrystal made every attempt to move the settlement forward for us to alleviate any stress put on us. Unfortunately, it could only be moved a day ahead, but this was due to the vendor’s circumstances and we appreciated the extra effort Chrystal and her team put in to assist us.

In short, they say to buy and sell is one of the most stressful things you will ever do in your life. We cannot say enough good things about Chrystal and her team and the professionalism and knowledge she showed throughout both the sale and purchase. We consider ourselves lucky to have her work with us.
