Where it all began
Back in 1993, Adrian and Sue Richards created a little conveyancing firm in Forster and called it East Coast Conveyancing. In 2008 Michael Pauling and Paul Bollen purchased the business. Since then, East Coast Conveyancing has gone on to be one of the largest property law firms in NSW.
East Coast has branches located in the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Port Macquarie.

How we do it
Our cloud software and procedures ensures phone calls are returned promptly and correspondence is replied to on the same day. This allows all parties to achieve a quick exchange of contracts thus committing the other party to the deal and preventing gazumping.

There is always someone available
We have a dedicated Customer Service Team which means you can find out about your matter at any time, even if your conveyancer is with another client.
For the first time in East Coast Conveyancing history, we have started opening satellite offices: one on the eastern side of Lake Macquarie and one in the Hunter Valley. These branches are designed to be mobile sites, meaning the conveyancers are out of the office and are available see clients at their home within business hours, plus there is a mobile Customer Service Team member attached to those sites as well. This is a big win for you as it means you do not need to travel to one of our branches.
Many of our clients told us that it was difficult to get to the office at times so we have introduced a Mobile Team to see you at a time and location that suits you.
